Brandy Wingate Voss is happy to assist in amicably resolving your civil or family law cases through mediation. Please use the calendar for scheduling and allow 24 hours for a response and confirmation. Mediations are subject to the following fee schedule:

1/2 day $500/party (Morning 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or Afternoon 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.)

Full day $1000/party (8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch)

Zoom mediations are preferred at this time due to pandemic concerns; however, in-person mediations are available upon request and in compliance with Covid-19 safety protocols. Payment is due in advance of the mediation; a secure payment link will be sent upon confirmation.

Before you are able to book a mediation session, we must do a conflict of interest check. Once we make sure there are no conflicts we will send you instructions on how to book your mediation session. We look forward to assisting you.
